Key Dates for Thornbridge Timber this holiday period

• Last online order date for delivery by 23rd: order by the 12th December. Please place your order by this date to ensure timely delivery before Christmas. For full details, contact your local branch or give us a call.
• Direct Supplier Deliveries: For orders from our trusted direct suppliers, please note that after 9th December, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. For more details, visit our Delivery Information page.
• Stocktake: Please note that on the 20th December, no collections or deliveries will be processed due to our annual stocktake. Plan accordingly to avoid disruptions, and feel free to contact your local branch for further details.
• Last collection: Please ensure that you arrive at your local branch by midday on the 23rd December to collect your order. Orders can be placed for collection right up until this time, but we recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays. Please check your branch page for specific opening times before you travel.
• Closure dates: 24th December–5th January (inclusive). All branches will be closed during this period, so plan accordingly.
• Reopening in January: We reopen from 6th January. Orders placed during our closure period will be fulfilled within standard timeframes once we are back to work.
• Customer service closure: Our customer service team will be unavailable from 2 PM on 23rd December until 8 AM on 6th January. Chats, calls, and emails will be answered promptly upon our return.
